At Olympus Coffee, our journey began in a small warehouse with a simple dream and a single small-batch roaster. We didn’t have fancy equipment or deep pockets — just a love for great coffee and a vision to share it with our community.

From as far back as I can remember, coffee has been in my blood. When my dad was in the coffee business, I would sit in his van, surrounded by that rich, comforting aroma, soaking it all in. I’d jump at every chance to go to work with him, watching, learning, and falling in love with the craft one roast at a time.

Years later, that childhood passion turned into reality — and I wasn’t alone. My wife has been by my side through every late night, every new blend, every challenge and milestone. Together, we poured our hearts into building Olympus Coffee, determined to roast beans that honor the farmers who grow them and delight everyone who brews a cup at home.

Word spread quickly — first among friends and neighbors, then to local cafés that wanted something authentic on their shelves. As demand grew, so did our commitment to stay true to our roots. We still source responsibly, roast in small batches, and treat every bag as a promise of quality and connection.
